I chose this particular one as it is gas and it's safe to use on my deck and the size of it was perfect to not take up so much sitting space. It does well with keeping you warm as long as it's not 30° outside and we enjoy the ambience of the flame. We even more cold nights. There was a big hole in the box so I'm not sure if there's anything broken yet in the box, it is a Christmas present so it may not be put together until after Christmas.
