This is a great item that can boost the amount of protein and omega fats consumed daily without going overboard on calories. VERY easy and simple to add to salads, yogurt, fruit and steamed veggies. Not only do I ingest this super food, but my two canaries also benefit from the nutritional value as well. I have noticed that their feathers are full and shiny, and their overall health an improvement. I mix mine with nearly everything cold or cooked (yogurt, homemade pancakes, etc.), and for my feather babies, they get theirs mixed into their variety seed.
