Maldon Sea Salt Flakes, Organic Pyramid Crystals (8.5 oz)

The large and lovely sea salt flakes come in a little plastic bag in a box and a little goes a long way. I usually transfer some into a shaker and use it as a finishing salt. On top of homemade chocolates, on top bagels, artisan loaves and/or pretzels. It's very clean and tastes amazing. It's best used sparingly sprinkled on top of breads or desserts. Adds a savory kind of a pop for dishes that need a little something to bring out flavor and excite the tastebuds. YUM!

Love this salt! I use salt directly on all my meats before seasoning or marinating. It's fabulous on potatoes. Perfect as a finishing salt. I hope I never have to do without it!
