Use this when reducing your caffeine intake

I've used this in the past when I would go off caffeine and its has always worked well. I start slowly by adding some of this to my regular coffee grounds and gradually increase this while decreasing my regular coffee until this is all that I'm brewing and drinking. . It's a great way to slowly reduce your caffeine intake without any of the withdrawal symptoms, like headaches. Great flavor and reasonably priced.
