Use this when reducing your caffeine intake

I've used this in the past when I would go off caffeine and its has always worked well. I start slowly by adding some of this to my regular coffee grounds and gradually increase this while decreasing my regular coffee until this is all that I'm brewing and drinking. . It's a great way to slowly reduce your caffeine intake without any of the withdrawal symptoms, like headaches. Great flavor and reasonably priced.

I like that the product is organic and supports growers in a "fair trade" model. I put it in my drip coffee maker just like regular ground coffee. I wish hazelnut flavor was more pronounced. It had strong cocoa tones to my taste buds. Also like that it is alternative to acidity found in regular coffee (bothers my stomach) and is prebiotic.
