Very surprised because this was only a fraction the price of similar products. The packaging was solid! It had a horrible plastic smell and the first few times I used it, my hair had the plastic smell but it went away quickly. I use it every night to make sure everyone's hair is dry for bed. It's not too heavy either and the cord spins freely so the cord doesn't get all wound up when you roll or twist the hair brush!

The size of dryer looked intimidating at first. However, it handled well, unlike another brand, and did not burn my hands. What took me a couple days to complete, due to disability; was done in one (1) hour. Thank you Supervisor Nataline for listening to my concerns, addressing and fixing the problem; unlike some others who kept up with distractions and bullying. Retraining is needed, times are hard enough and family support is always paramount. We all have to share and survive on this planet, and kindness is always best.
