I was very disappointed in the L'Ioreal Paris. The color came out too dark (more like a light to medium brown. And for some reason my hair did not feel silky and shinny like the regular L'Oreal hair coloring. This "Paris" Canada brand formula is not good in my opinion. I usually use L'Oreal (not Paris) and have much better results.

TURNED OUT 3 SHADES DARKER THAN WHAT BOX SHOWED🤬

Purchased this for my Mom and it turned her hair dark brown! This was the first time she's ever had any problems with this brand. I went through my Walmart account and had 2 delivered at the same time. So now she probably won't use the other box and I told her we need to return it. Is there any way to know in advance if the wrong color has been put into the wrong packaging? We will probably contact the actual company and find out exactly what she can do to keep this from ever happening again!!!
