Did not receive what I ordered. Canopy damaged.

I ordered and paid for a 12 foot umbrella. The opened dimensions measure 9 foot. The canopy has pin holes in it. The height measures only 80 inches.

Couples afternoon project!

This huge heavy umbrella came wrapped in a small box. There were so many pieces but everything was well organized, and arranged. Each piece lettered appropriately and the book of directions easy to read and follow. Just a few do overs. Couples project took about three hours… the last assembly were hardest and heaviest but we did it and immediately enjoyed a cocktail under the shade that is twice as much as our old one. It will get good use. We are still watching the sun during the day to determine best placement. It is super sturdy and takes a breeze without threat of falling. Rhode Island

Nice looking. Made as well as the other more expensive ones. I didn't want the hassle of lights so this one was fine. Rolls in and out good.
