I just needed one to transfer data from my old cell phone to my new one. This did the job without issue. I can't really comment about its durability or reliability because I've used it just once. so far very good no twisting or cracking at the plug in the port, fingers crossed it stays like that. Just in case it doesn't I purchased a 3 pack of 10ft. cables from elsewhere that states the same thing so we'll see how long it takes until I have to open the 3 pk. Hopefully I won't .
