Great for Your Aches!

Sometimes my knees ache at night but I found that about an hour before I go to bed, I sit on the couch and place this heating pad over my knees with perhaps a blanket on top. Later when I head to bed, my knees don't hurt at all and I fall asleep right away! So yes, this has been a game changer in my night routine and sleep quality and quantity!

Great for the price

I have only had this heating pad for a week, so I can't speak on longevity. But so far, I really like this product and feel that it gets to a good hot temperature for really doing some heat therapy on my sore body. I've been pregnant five times now and this pregnancy has done a number on my hips and back. So this comes in handy everyday since buying it! My complaint is that your not supposed to lay on it. Maybe all heating pads are this way for safety.. but it would be nice to get it very close to the back by laying on it. My other complaint is that the outside cover is just not nice at all. It's so thin and a rough textured fabric. But it's cheaper than a lot of other options, so it'll be fine for me. You can also use water on the heating pad which I haven't done yet but I love that that's an option. Heat output is great in my opinion.

Good

Due to a dozen surgeries, I use the stuffing out of heating pads. Most pads will overheat and eventually break down. They are the ones with a nice soft cover over them. This heating pad is old school. The cover sucks but it's not the type to overheat shutting off the heating pad. However, the cover could be a better quality.
