ADHD trials and errors and S U C C E S S 💞

Being undiagnosed for decades this is a heart opener for Self care issues among other things. Neglect is a big part of it, not out of not caring but anxiety and sometimes a bit of depression factors in but I've been learning for decades about how to retrain myself by wasting a Lot of $ on "where there's a will there's a way" [doesn't work for my spectacular neurodivergent Brain] and an anxiety %26 depression workbook %26 videos by Lucinda Bassett among other things . James Clear bk on Atomic Habits gave me a lot of Hope as well as Norman Doidge CDs I got from library helped very much by reintroducing the concept of Neuroplasticity which is very exciting also. Don't ever give up on getting a diagnosis ( I am 70)
