Cosmetically, I would describe the phone as "excellent" rather than "like new," but I'm very pleased with the purchase and would buy this phone again. There were only a couple minor physical imperfections that would differentiate this phone from a new one. Most importantly for me, it functions much better/faster than my old phone that it replaced. The battery life isn't the longest, but it lasts all day with typical use and is about what I'd expect from a Samsung phone. I'm especially pleased with the camera. It's great being able to take such clear photos with a phone! The phone came with a charger, but I bought a protective case and screen protector separately.
