Not Enough Ground Stakes

This is the second set I ordered because I liked the looks of them but the first shipment was missing 4 stakes that puts these into the ground . I just received the suposed to be stakes only 3 and the light parts for three that I did not need . My second shipment came yesterday minus 1 steak that goes into the ground . Quality control is not doing a very good job packaging this product .

Much smaller than I anticipated, buried in the spec their actual height is listed as 20”. I haven't used them yet. But I will be ordering or buying ones that are 5 ft tall for the intended use.
