Very nice chair for a Lady's home office!

This chair (2nd one sent) is perfect for my home office. It came well packaged and it was easy to assemble. The 1st chair package (I returned) was previously opened and parts were misding. But Paproos made the return seamless and stood behind sending me the replacement. This speaks well for the company. I would buy from them again since they stand behind customer satisfaction.
