Great product, extremely poor delivery

I love this item but the delivery was absolutely terrible. He pulled in with music blaring and his bass down as far as possible. It literally shook the house and woke up my sleeping husband who works nights and was very unhappy. Please don't send him out here again.

My son loves this toy but we took it out of the box on Christmas morning and the horse door doesn't open with the button. I'm not sure if we can exchange it because we don't have the box, but I'm disappointed. I expected he could play with this for a long time and it came broken.
