Effective but in extra strength only
I find it Rolaids ease heartburn better for me than regular anti acids, which are only calcium carbonate. Rolaids has magnesium, which is the only thing that helps me -however, it seems to be very hard to get extra strength Rolaids. Every time I order I get regular strength.

These work great accept for the fact that they gave me regular, not extra strength. I asked for no substitutes if not available. The regular don't work at all. Not only did I waste money but I felt sick from my acid reflux. Please pay better attention to what people are asking for and if they want substitutes or not.
