my go to for asian noodle salad

I used these for cold noodle salad (sesame-ginger style) and they were fantastic! Compared to Simply Asia or Maruchan bricks, the noodles are much thinner but also shorter, making them really nice to eat cold with the veg. Less messy, and the clumps of tangled noodles aren't as big, so i can get some veg with the bite, too. The short cooking time is also convenient in summer!

These are great to have on hand for an individual serving, or you can make more than one pack for a larger serving or for multiple servings. They cook fast! I have made these many ways. I have cooked the noodles, drained most of the water, then added better than beef powder with or without some parmesan. I have made a cheese sauce to eat with them. I have made butter and parmesan noodles. One could make a broth-based dish or chicken noodle soup. These are so great for a quick meal or as a side item.
