Why not explain here

Was reading some of the reports and was thinking about buying them. Everything on here says contact our support team. Why not put the resolving issue on here to help us without having to call? Save both of us some time.

Raptors are awesome!! Stomp switches are useless!

I was on PowerPole Pro Staff for years. Decided to try the Raptors. Much Much better pole and anchor system. Blows PP away. But the stomp switches are pitiful. They link up but they don't work. Stomp Switch is an appropriate name. Im 6'4' 288 lbs and I have to put every bit of my weight and stomp the fire outta them to even have a prayer they will work. I will put them on my next phoenix if they design a working switch. Back to the other guys if they don't. Sad day! Everything gets 5 stars except the switches.
