This replaces the AT%26T phone I had purchased in Dec. of *********. That should provide you with an idea of the quality of that model. It could no longer could make calls out from the caller id feature so regretfully, I had to replace it. The sound quality of our older one was much, much better than this new one. Also, the one I had to replace was definitely a much better quality of material and a less confusing interface to use for playing and deleting messages. This model I purchased was the closest one I could find to the one I needed to replace.

Amazing! !! To begin with it has a nice ring tone...smooth not like that cheap loud tin can sound. It also has readable number keypad that lights up whenever you pick up the phone for use. And finally,besides the usual caller ID, the best feature is you can play back your messages on the phone itself, loud and clear, or on the base stand!
