1. Why low sound? Because perhaps affected by devices/mobile. Pls increase mobile/devices' and headphone' volume to try again.
2. Why no difference with ANC "on"VS" off" Pls make sure that you start ANC and use it in a noisy environment. You will feel much difference.
3. How to turn off the headphones? Please note the ANC and Bluetooth show on the same indicator light.ANC with green light, Bluetooth with blue light. If you need to turn off/on Bluetooth, please make sure you turned off ANC first.

I've worked with a lot of badly made headphones, so my expectations were low for this. Surprisingly, the headphones work as advertised! The sound quality is nice, the padding goes over my entire ear (though my ears are a bit small) and are comfortable. The band isn't too tight, and I will always appreciate the jack cord! It's a bit short in length, but works for those staying close to their electronics. Would not recommend using the cord while up and going with your phone in your pocket unless you're small, as I doubt it would comfortably stay and keep a good connection. My last note is on the ANC and transparency mode. I've never had headphones or earbuds with this feature, and for those not used to it (like yours truly), I wouldn't recommend using it a lot at first. Instead--if you wanna get used to it--you should start small with large breaks inbetween. The vibrations sent out to help mute out the rest of the world can be small, but noticable for those not used to it, have sensory issues, or experience migraines. Personally, it feels strange and makes me a little nauseous upon using it, so I'll attempt to train myself into them over a long period of time. I'm sure once I get used to them the feature will be a dream!

One of my favorite things about these are the noise cancellation. They work so well and really help me with tuning out loud noises. The sound leakage honestly isn't bad unless you're in a very quiet space and standing right next to someone. I also love how even if I have the sound relatively low I can hear it very nicely/clearly in my opinion. Absolutely love these headphones for the price that they are most definitely recommended them for people who want something nice but not super expensive!
