I ordered these for my dad. He likes them much better than the $3000-$5000 hearing aids he had purchased before. The amplifiers come with different sized ear pieces, so you can pick the size that fits snug in your ear. They come in 4-5 different colors, so you can pick the color you want to be stylish in. :) Very reasonably priced and work great.

I like this better than the attorney hearing aids that fit in my ears because those have a tendency to fall out in public places and then I can't find the hearing aid. They just fall out. It's not worth the money to buy something that's not going to hang on your face.

I have very short eustachian tubes %26 traditional hearing aids stopped working for me due to causing blockages that led to repeated ear infections. I had such high hopes that the amplifier would solve that issue. My improved hearing was so promising, but I ultimately experienced the same complication after using it. I would recommend this product to others even though I personally experienced negative complications. I just happened to be an atypical "patient".
