Great ice machine with good features.

Machine was easy to setup with good instructions. WiFi feature is really nice to see status of the machine and turn it on and off remotely. The machine has a smaller footprint and the side tank can be moved to either side of the machine. Having the side tank is a wonderful addition to provide extra ice making capacity. The ice made is firm yet can easily be eaten.

I thought I didn't like ice!

I thought I didn't like ice in my drinks until I installed this for my family. Now I'm obsessed with ice in my water and other drinks. This machine makes ice fast and rebounds quickly. My only complaint is it's a little loud so just be aware that if that bothers you then you might want to find a space for it more hidden. But the sound is constant and more like a fan. So it's not annoying. Just a moderately loud fan noise. But the quality of the ice is amazing.

Perfect ice

We go through a lot of ice in our house. We previously had double ice make and when we upgraded the refrigerator we purchased one with ice in the top and the spheres on bottom. I didn't realize the spheres only made 6 a day. We bought this ice maker to keep up with our needs and we love it. Only down side is having to clean it frequently. It's fairly easy but a hassle nonetheless. If you have hard water I recommend using distilled water for the machine. Makes ice quickly and quietly as well. We bought a second unit for my youngest as she will be going to school. She was ecstatic.
