MOCA AUTOPARTS 4Pcs TPMS Tire Pressure Monitoring System Sensor Fit for 2017-2019 Buick LaCrosseb & 2016-2020 Cadillac XT5 & 2017-2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500

TPMS sensors appear to be appropriate for my vehicle as stated. Hard to give an evaluation after just a few days for a part that is expected to provide service for the next 8 to 10 years. Perhaps the better comment is on the WalMart Auto Service. I was originally told by the Auto Service Center that it "MAY" be able to install these TPMS if they are compatible with its "programing* equipment. So, once I received the sensors I made an appointment and arrived to have them installed. I was told by a nice young man who was going to do the service that he may not be able to program the sensors. (I read how to do that using the onboard system in my vehicle. Just a matter of having a device to sense the TPMS Sensor and connect it to vehicle's computer following a very simple process. The tool or device needed can be purchased on Amazon for under $10.). So, all four TPMS sensors were installed in my wheels by the WalMart technician who then told me he couldn't program them as the tool WalMart had could not "find" the TPMS sensors. (The hard part of this process was well done by the technician. That is taking the wheels off the vehicle, marking the tire position on the wheel, breaking the bead, removing the old TPMS sensors and installing the new ones I purchased from WalMart using its APP, then reinstalling the tires to wheels maintaining the balance and then mounting the wheel back on my Cadillac XT5 SUV. So, I ordered the $10 tool from Amazon, but first went to very nearby new COSTCO, did some more shopping and stopped at its tire service center. I explained my situation and asked if it could program the TPMS sensors to my vehicle. Since this was a brand new COSTCO the Tire Service Center was not busy (had no customers at all). Another nice young technician explained he was not sure if it's TPMS Sensors tool would recognize the ones just installed in my wheels. I explained the instructions I read and thought now that the new TPMS sensors were installed it was a five minute process to program to my vehiclecs computer. The COSTCO tire service center manager said his technician could try to do the programing as a "training/learning experience" and if they needed charge me anything it would be a minimal amount. The first try didn't work because the technician tried to access my vehicle's computer with the engine running. I suggested we try again without the engine running but only the "accessory setting" activated (since that was how the programing instructions I read said to do it). That was tried, moving the COSTCO tool (like an IPad) from wheel to wheel and hearing a chirp and then moving to the next wheel all TPMS Sensors were programmed in a minute or two. Everyone was happy and COSTCO didn't charge me anything as the staff there said "wow, didn't realize it's tool could be used with other TPMS Sensors. So from quotes of up $750, anyone can do this for only the cost of a tire "repair" for each wheel.
