Women's sport no show sock with colored stripe 6 pairs

These socks are absolutely fabulous. From the moment I opened the package and touched the soft cushiony fabric I started falling in love. Then I put them on and immediately felt the sock grip and support my arches. After putting my shoes on I could feel the cushioned sole under my feet. Spent all day walking around the mall and the socks continued to feel comfortable and never once slipped down into my shoes. I wear size 6 & 1/2 shoes and these socks fit me perfectly. They are labeled as "no shows", but you can see in the picture below just how much of the sock shows above your shoes. This length is perfect for me. I also like the width of the cuff. I think the width of the cuff and the arch support help to keep the sock in place. These socks are made in China and are made of 97% polyester and 3% spandex material. I washed them in warm water and tumbled dried them on medium. I was very impressed with the minimal shrinkage during the washing & drying process. See photo below. Other socks that I own have shrunk and inch after being washed. These socks are now in the trash because I can't imagine wearing any other socks than the Fruit of the Loom Sport no shows.

I really liked these socks! First of all the colors are really fun, we all need a little fun color in our lives right? And they were so comfy I really did not want to remove them at the end of the day. I'm serious, even walking "stocking feet" through the house, whether on tile, wood flooring, or on carpet, they didn't bunch up, "catch" on the carpet or cause me to stumble, and they didn't slip and slide all over on the wood flooring like some socks do. I'm an older woman and I really don't think it would help my old bones to be slipping and falling all the time. I tend to remove my shoes when I come into the house so I'm either barefoot or with socks on inside the house. It's getting a bit cooler now and so it's a tad too cold to be walking barefoot all over. I like to save on my electric bills by keeping the thermostat a bit lower when the heat is on, so it tends to be a wee bit chilly inside when walking barefoot. These socks are not only pretty, they are really comfy too. I wear a size 9 shoe so these fit me well without being too tight in either the toes or the heels. The ribbing at the top of the sock was very nice as well, didn't bind or cause marks on my skin by being too tight. Even with shoes on, running shoes to be exact, they didn't show above the shoe nor did they slip down inside the shoe so it would feel like they were working their way off the foot. They stayed where they were meant to be, even when being active. They seemed to have an extra layer of knitted sock on both the heel area and the toe area, both above the toe and below as well. That was an added plus, for sure! These went through the washer and dryer like a dream, didn't shrink a bit and snapped back to the original shape perfectly! I really think these socks would be perfect for any woman or female that wears a size shoe in the ranges that are stated on the package. They make great "stocking stuffers" with the Holidays coming up, so grab a few extra packs and be ready for those last minute gifts! There isn't a person who doesn't love new socks! They would be great to grab a pack of both women's and men's styles to keep on hand for those quickie office "secret santa" gift swaps or the mailman or other person you forgot to grab a present for! And remember those college kids, they always need more socks, lol! This is a quality product, one you can rely on for sure! Besides...it's FRUIT OF THE LOOM, and that is always quality!
