Great Value Greek Plain Nonfat Yogurt, 32 oz Tub

Good quality for the price point. We add to many recipes from breakfast to dinner.

I like this Greek plain nonfat yogurt because it has a thick, creamy texture and can be used in many ways. Since it's plain, there's no chocolate flavor and it doesn't taste overly sweet, which makes it easy to add your own fruit, honey, or toppings if you want more flavor. The sugar level feels lower compared to many flavored yogurts. The large tub package is convenient and lasts a while, making it a good value for the price. People who are sensitive to lactose may want to check how it works for them personally, but overall it's a good high-protein option for everyday us
