This is a most fantastic gift for children ages 2-7! There are endless ways to play imaginatively! The product itself is high quality, ply-wood base with plastic and ply-wood accessories. It is quite large, roughly 2.5 feet across, so it requires space, but all accessories and counter fit nicely into a closet. It is pleasing to look at. The details on this are lovely. You can do soft-serve, hand dipped, shakes, toppings, various cone and cup styles. The ordering process for the kids is so much fun! The tablet device for payment is a doodle pad - which is really neat. Kids will learn so much through play with this toy, math skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, patience all that and a basket of chips! This toy has been played with constantly since it arrived in our home by kids and adults alike! It pairs well with other kitchen or home imaginative toys. I look forward to having this toy in my home for a long time to come!

I gifted this to my 2 (& 8 months) year old on Christmas day and already we've played with it for at least an hour or two each day. We go back and forth serving each other and the quality of the items are wonderful. The cones have a good weight to them that make me think more of the toys I had in the 90s, rather than the cheap materials we're more used to today. The details are great as well - you can "scoop" the ice cream and push a button to release it into a cup or cone, the way the sprinklers attach you can "dip" the ice cream in the sprinkles, etc. There was a good amount of thought put into this and I'm very happy with my purchase.
