Making Spaghetti? Got to Have 2!

The balance of spices of Johnsonville is perfect. Nothing over powering. I always use 2 pounds and one of Lean Ground Chuck, for Spaghetti, Lasagna, Stuffed Manicotti, etc. For us, that's a perfect blend for their palates. If it doesn't come just ground, I squeeze it out of the casings from the links. I'm not picky about that, just the brands I use. Other brands just don't have the punch these do, even the mild. Always consistent quality and never once has it been "bad" before the expiration date, and not heavy of the fat side. Just perfect all around.

You get what you see. I use this in a pasta recipe that is super simple to make and taste great. The only down side is sausage does have a fat content. Note: photos are of cold left overs. Sausage, pasta, Argula, and cherry tomatoes..best if served hot. All ingredients from Walmart.

LOVE Johnsonville BRATS WITH CHEDDAR !!

When I've had a busy afternoon these are perfect. Johnsonville Brats have terrific flavor and I love the touch of cheese. But best is the less than one minute it takes to heat one in the microwave. They are delicious and with a vegetable or salad make a fast delicious dinner.
