Incredibly Difficult Site

The water filter is great. What I really want to talk about is how awful GE's product ordering site is. In the year of our Lord 2026 I can't believe how hard it was for me to find and select the two replacement items I needed. It should have been as simple as putting in my model number and choosing from a list. It wasn't. At one point I got so frustrated I tried to order from a 3rd party vendor. I should have. I feel like I rewarded your awful site with my money and that makes me feel used. Even checking out was hard.
