Fresh fluffy rice

So we eat a lot of rice, usually 3 to 4 times a week. With the instant pot I no longer have to worry about pulling it off the heat in time so it doesn't stick. It comes out perfectly cooked and fluffy each time. I even add in some frozen veggies and it cooks the same time rice does and comes out perfectly done. It gives me time to work on other parts of dinner and saves me about 30 min in the kitchen.

A very handy size to have on a worktop

I find this very good for rice cooking. I do find it is a "fast" slow cooker so I don't leave it on for hours. If I want to do that I use my regular Instant Pot.
