Perfect sushi rice

Made the perfect sushi rice with the CarbReduce setting. I didn't even have to wash the rice, bonus! My salmon & avocado sushi was mouth watering, delicious and healthy too as less carbs & sugar.

A very handy size to have on a worktop

I find this very good for rice cooking. I do find it is a "fast" slow cooker so I don't leave it on for hours. If I want to do that I use my regular Instant Pot.
