My Dad has Crohn's, my Mom has Gerd and I struggle with the dreaded post antibiotics digestive disaster that befalls so many. Needless to say I've become quite the fiber and probiotic connoisseur. Luckily I ALWAYS have these in our medicine cabinet arsenal before full out digestive health war for bathroom time breaks out.
