Not compatible with all Samsung phones

Could not get this watch to function properly with my Samsung A14 , although the description said it was compatible. Kept resetting so information was not being stored correctly. A friend with an older iphone has the same one and has no issues. Seems very durable and is comfortable to wear . You need to look online for the owners manual because the only instructions are for downloading the app for setup. Had to return since my 3 different Samsung Galaxy phones can't stay connected.

This thing is terrible compared to Fitbit. I needed a backup while I wait for my Fitbit to be repaired. This did not cut it at all. It did not accurately count calories or read my heart rate. It comes with an app but it doesn't matter if the watch does nothing.

The watch's heartrate monitor can be enabled through the iTouch Wearables app. Simply open the app>Tap the watch icon at the bottom right corner>Tap Device Settings>Enable 24/7 Heartrate monitor. The calories burned is also calculated based on the activity levels and heartrate you currently have during the said activity. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I Do Not Recommend!! Device cannot hold a charge. One fully charged tracker is supposed to last up to 14 days. This tracker CHARGE LAST ONE DAY! Here's an example: I charged this track smartwatch as per instructions for two hours for a fully load charge…6:07pm- 8:22pm on 02/19/2023 and as you can see per photos on 02/20/2023 at 10:30AM I'm already 77%. Mind you I did not workout last night. I walked around the house doing my regular evening chores and laundry. In addition, tracker connects to phone and features are supposed to work; yet some of the FEATURES DO NOT WORK! I would upload a video to share but you can only upload photos.
