Great product it's not slow at all does not freeze has really good quality and a good screen does get scratched easily so a screen protector would be good I bought it for my daughter she 7 but I also use it for me to cna classes until mine arrives so it a good buy and the parental was kind of hard to set it up but I love I can shut everything down and she needs a password for certain things and I even have control over her app and screen time

Grandbaby loves his tablet. Good picture, good sound quality, good battery life. If you have a "thrower", I suggest getting a different tablet because the way this tablet is made and the odd screen dimensions, you can not put a case on it or a screen protector. The only protection you have is the rubber corners.
