The best part about these socks is that they are holding up better than some others. Some other socks will start to get holes quickly or some will pill up a bunch, but these are still doing very well. They are on the thicker side, but my son hasn't said anything about them making his feet hot in the summer at all. Definitely recommend.

Best Socks ever, wish they'd keep them in stock!

I've loved these socks for many years and to keep things simple in my household, I've been buying them for all 4 of my children. I LOVE the versatility of them, they're perfect for my boys and my girls, they're not too thick, not too thin, hold up well and they go with everything because they're just plain black. I was SUPER UPSET to hear that they were discontinued at my local walmart (anchorage) the last time I went and was told that they had had them on sale the week prior to get rid of them for $1 per pack! I ended up going online and buying them at almost $9 a pack because I love them so much, I wish they'd keep them in stock!!

Silly me, when I first bought them, I thought they were Ralph Lauren Polo socks. I thought it was a pretty good price for that! Turned out no, it's just a take off on the name. Having said that, the grandkids really do like the socks, they stay up and they're comfy, and let's face it, they're inexpensive.
