L still a bit small in bust but offers good compression in midsection; normally I am a S/M (36C bust but a small otherwise). The XL was about right in bust but I am too small in waist and torso for it to offer the really excellent compression of the M or L.

Runs Very Small in Bust

This is a great compression camisole. It has strong compression; a medium is neither too short nor too long for my 5'7" frame. It does however run extremely small in the bust. I am a 36C but otherwise could easily wear a small. I am ordering another in a large to test my theory that the compression is strong enough to have going up a size will make no difference in middle section compression. I'll try to remember to report back.
