They rescheduled three times and after the third time I canceled the pick up and put it online for free. I started the refund process with Angi but it was soo complicated that I didn't finish the process!!!! I guess that's how they make their money $$$$ Enjoy the 16$

I was looking for a mattress more firm coming from having one of those fancy foam mattress. I spent a lot of money with my previous mattress and after years wanted to go back to a hybrid mattress. I'll say, when I pulled this out I thought the quality was impressive. However, sleeping on it, I felt it was very soft. It really gives an air mattress feeling. My 9 y/o who sleeps in my bed sometimes asked if that's exactly what I did. Fill it with air. I am disappointed in that sense but will take me a little while before repurchasing something different.
