GREAT TV, HORRIBLE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE
The TV I wanted was not stocked in the store and I had to order it online. When I received via Fed Ex and opened the box, the screen was shattered. I had to load it up and take it back to Wal Mart for a refund. I ordered another TV and received it quickly and thankfully it was not damaged. Wal Mart needs to use some other carrier other than Fed Ex and Vizio needs to re-think how to package their TVs. This same scenerio happened to me 5 years ago with another Vizio I ordered from Wal Mart.

This tv is the best bang for your buck if you are looking for something affordable under 70”, best gaming experience ever. Sound and video quality are unbeatable for the price. Playing COD with a 120hz refresh rate is amazing!!! Was gonna just go with something at our local Walmart as this was only for shipping, bought it Saturday morning and got it by this Monday. If you are considering purchasing something in store with less features etc, you’re not gonna be happy with something the same price that’s not QLED. This is worth waiting for if you have to get it shipped.

opened up, no damage from shipping fedex. went together easy. not heavy. got it hooked up, first thing the sound is horrible, sounds like cheap speakers in a plastic bucket. i tried to adjust, couldn't get away from bogus sound. picture leaves much to be desired. even with adjustments I couldn't get a picture that was not irritating to watch. the white, yellow and red are a bit blinding. not for me.
