Gets the job done but does NOT close shave though
Does a good job, however, it does not give a "good close" shave, but it does the job where hair is down to the minimal. This can be used wet or dry. But I always dry shave due to the type of my skin so I never have irritation. When it was delivered, the battery was minimal charged, it took about half hour to fully charge.
