So I got it because I have fragile hair. It has help out so much . If i take this product consistently, less hair I see when I brush it. The extra vitamin gives me a boost in the morning . So because I read a few bad reviews, I started second-guessing this product when I received it so I called the actual Mary Ruth's customer service they asked for the lot number at the bottom of the bottle I gave it to them. This is 100% legit from Mary Ruth just sold through Walmart. With that being said, I am very excited to see the results of this product. I have already taken my 2 tablespoons today and the taste is actually not bad at all so for all those reasons an the price that I received this product I definitely give it a 8/10 so far if it actually works for me that would definitely make it a 10/10 .
