Seller delayed delivery for over a week; however when the roaster arrived I cooked a 25 lb. turkey and I love this oven. No one I knew had one so I never bought one. I became interested in making bone broth and homemade pet food so I made the purchase. It is so convenient to cook a turkey as I have never had 2 ovens I now wish I had bought one years ago. I love the roaster especially as it has a defrost setting and will fit a 30lb. turkey.
