I've only used it 3 times, and there's noticeable difference. Clever how recharging cord magnetically attaches to unit. Cap on gel syringes is so tiny, it's hard to handle. Nifty that timer beeps after 30 minutes. Seems like it's pretty well designed and reasonably easy to use.

The teeth whitener is easy to use, but the button is very sensitive, and if you wave your hand in front of it sometimes it will just turn off. Also, the light is supposed to stay on for 30 minutes and then turn off by itself so you know that it's done. It does not do this. You have to time yourself otherwise it will stay on all day. We like the use of the tray, but the whitening product isn't as good as it could be. We have found it more effective to buy the whitening product that we like on Amazon and use that instead of the gel that it comes with. Honestly, I did basically buy it just for the tray and the LED light.
