i know these supplements work differently for everyone but I must say I can see a definite difference in the amount of hair loss. I have taken it for 2 months and can tell when I comb my long tangled hair in the morning there is a much smaller ball of hair in my comb. The same thing when I comb my hair after shampooing it. i'm so pleased I bought a 4 month supply. i did check with my doctor befor starting it. Because of the low price compared to that of other similar products I recommend trying it if you need some help with the health of your hair.
