My mom got post Covid hair loss, this Biotin combined with Collagen type I, II, III, IV, X helped her transform the hair loss to a gead of hair in about 7 months. A nurse recommended this to me. I get those red blotches on my forearms because of thinned blood (by medication). Biotin can speed up healing process and it has done so. Also there are some side effects, which by the way are not negative. Biotin will help your nails grow faster as well as your hair. In my case I can say those side effects are working. As always with any medications or supplements such as Biotin, touch base with your doctors.
