I started on the Biotin Treatment while I was still undergoing radiation therapy for my breast cancer back in 2009. Now, 15 years later people are sometimes surprised to find that I am a BC Survivor. They say that I have too much hair and it’s too healthy to have gone through the treatment. I just take 10,000 mg each morning and each night. And, even though my hair is not as long and full as it was before my BC, it’s full and healthy in its own right! I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to try to give their hair a little boost!

hashimoto's causes hair loss and thinning. ive read pros and cons regarding this product and for ME, it absolutely helps my hair snd nails grow faster. a few yrs ago I came off of it wondering if it was my imagination and tbh after 3 months of seeing zero growth I'm back on it. hair is still thin but a bit stronger. this product has been a great help in getting my hair back. if you have round spots or significant baldness (alopecia) I'd say see a dermatologist who specializes in hair loss. I've done that in early years but nothing has helped me like these. I do have to continue taking it to keep my hair from coming out by handfuls.
