Perfect for kids! The colors make them fun for my daughter. She has an autoimmune disease and we're trying to improve her sleep. I've noticed that she's mouth breathing a lot during the day so I assume she is at night too. We talked about the health benefits of mouth taping and this product made her comfortable to try it because it has different phases you can move through as they become more comfortable with it. She's 11 and able to put them on herself at night. They stick well but not too sticky. When she wakes up she usually has thrown it across the room in her sleep but that's ok. Baby steps. She likes wearing them and that's a bonus! Thanks for making a great product. Shipping was quick too!
