freezer is perfect but the delivery wasn't. why they had a old guy as the delivery driver he left my freezer on my porch watched us get it in the house while he sat across the street in his truck. luckily we were able to get it inside. delivery is getting worse

Great freezer poor delivery

Walmart delivers to the front door! Had to ask for it to be delivered to the basement which held up delivery but 4 more days. We had to inbox and haul off the packaging. No service for the delivery fee!! Freezer is great and have no complaints with it.

Good Freezer, But Poor Delivery and Damaged Door

The freezer itself is good. The quality is nice and it works properly without any issues. However, the delivery was slow and arrived late. When I opened it, the door had a small crack and it looked like it was glued back together, which I did not like at all. This was disappointing.
