Does a good job, but made of plastic not glass

This works really well and it does the job that I needed it to do… However, I ordered it thinking that it was made out of glass, as that's what it stated in the description. It's all plastic, no glass to be found anywhere. Therefore, I feel the $25 price tag is a little excessive.

Great way to separate grease from broth.

I saw this demonstrated on America's Test Kitchen, I was looking for something that would separate grease from broth, and this is a sufficient way to do it. I appreciate having bout it on sale, as it is normally very pricey. I'm not sure about the longevity of the product, with the stopper and bladder, but hopefully I can get it at the lower price in the future.
