Cuisinart C55-12PCKSAM 12 Piece Color Knife Set with Blade Guards (6 knives and 6 knife covers), Jewel

We've used every single knife, BUT the wavy one (yellow- we dont even KNOW what it's.for, or how to use it). All the other knives are very sharp! we hand wash and air dry them, and keep their covers on when not in use. Again, they are very sharp- so sharp that when my parents were visiting, my father cut his fingers several times! my husband has also got knicked a few times. We've almost an entire month of homemade from scratch, cooking, so we used them multiple times a day!! That included everything from a turkey or steak to any kind of vegetables or any fruit you could imagine. They are still as sharp as they were when I opened the package! I have OA so I can't exactly hold and use things that are too heavy for too long, but these knives are pretty light, BUT... not that light where I could personally use them all day long. The quality is great, and as I said, with almost a month of constant usage, they're still sharp as the day I got them. Bottom line is, this set is great and we would get them again! They make a great gift, also!

Purchased this knife set as a Christmas present to myself. Extremely sharp, extremely attractive and I can't remember a purchase I made that was more useful and practical. These knives are well-balanced, a dream to hold comfortably - even with arthritis - and they cut through everything. I wash as soon as I'm done with them and let them air dry. No problems. I look forward to many years use with this comprehensive set. A knife for any kitchen need you have.
