my mobility scooter carrier came in today. 2 days earlier than expected. no damage, at all, from shipping. assembly was fairly straightforward, though I did them based on the video more than the instructions. all parts were there but I'm going to pick up a few extra nuts to use as jam nuts as well as some extra lock washers. I thought that I had the same issue as others have listed with the locking pin location being off but a simple adjustment to the bracket fixed it with no other problems. I will put on an anti rattle bracket to lock it into place. haven't loaded my scooter on it, yet, but it looks pretty sturdy. definitely one of the better buys of scooter carriers from Walmart.

Easy assembly and quality materials, however, total unit is “loose” and wobbles considerably on my mom's car. Additionally, the lift handle on the ramp makes direct contact with the ground, so it will both wear quickly and rust out in the moist air because the coating rubbed off on first use. It should be wrapped in rubber or something to prevent this issue.
