Item received as scheduled, well packaged, no damage, and with all parts included. Directions were clear and assembly was relatively easy. (Having a 2nd person available to help hold the arm rests in position would have helped.) The assembled chair is attactive and reasonably comfortable given the under $100 price. I've only used the chair for about 2 weeks so I can't speak to the durability.

I like this chair very much because it is comfortable and is perfect for my back. It is smaller than my other chair, but less bunglesome, and I put it together myself! This office chair is more comfortable than any other one I've owned. And some of those chairs cost much more than this one. It took approximately 30 minutes to assemble without any issues. (It helps if you read the directions.) The chair is padded in just the right places and it rolls around with little effort. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for value and comfort.
