My wife wanted a desk chair for the computer with padded arms and good back support. With this chair she got exactly what she wanted. I'm not a mechanic, but the chair was straight forward and easy to assemble. It took me about 30 minutes, most could probably finish it in 15-20 minutes. I consider it an excellent value.

Item received as scheduled, well packaged, no damage, and with all parts included. Directions were clear and assembly was relatively easy. (Having a 2nd person available to help hold the arm rests in position would have helped.) The assembled chair is attactive and reasonably comfortable given the under $100 price. I've only used the chair for about 2 weeks so I can't speak to the durability.
