Order was delivered to the incorrect address. And had to be hunted down so as not to be affected by the rainy weather as they were left outside again, at the incorrect address. Additionally, the items arrived in two separate shipments without any notification that they would arrive separately. Staff had to locate and move the "delivery" to the correct address.

sent damaged nightstand, and seller will not respond to emails for return

Shipping horrible and takes entirely too long. Responds very slow to emails. Has taken more than 2-3 days at a time to get a response but professional when responding

The product I received had a manufacturing defect. I messaged the seller multiple times in the 30-day return window and they did not respond until day 31 then said that they wouldn't help me because I was past the return window. When I pointed this out to them, they repeatedly lied and said that I had not messaged them earlier. Thankfully I had screenshots to prove to Walmart that they were being dishonest. I would not recommend this seller as they do not stand by their defective products.

We received this item on time as promised. It was packaged perfectly %26 very well protected from any shipping damage. What a beautiful ottoman %26 matching ottomans!

They sent me the wrong color table and the one I originally ordered is since out of stock. Not only that I’m still waiting to hear from them on a connection and refund nearly two weeks later. Terrible experience.

I’m not satisfied with the seller at all no item ever received.

Boards were not labeled for one dresser as well as missing some holes needed. Overall love the product but needs better assembly.
