It took a month for my item to arrive. I needed 2 chairs to decide if I want to buy a set of 8. By the time the second one came the price went up $30.

The bed is exactly what I wanted, and the delivery was fast!

The desk arrived over a week late, damaged, and it was obviously a return order that was repackaged and sent to me.

Purchased this item a little over 6 mos ago prior to starting a bathroom renovation. Vanity was stored, covered, inside our home in the connecting bedroom while renovation started. When we went to place the vanity we saw that during the time it was sitting unmoved the wood on both sides and on the drawer had split and there were cracks very visible. We immediately emailed the seller to see if there was anything they could do. They said it had been too long since purchased (6 months). I now see another 1 star review so I’m assuming these vanities are poor quality. Please be careful warned, don’t be waste your money.

Damaged, crooked—as if put together poorly—and the color is different from what I bought!

The choice of carrier, could have, should have been better; endless delays and then they were the only carrier out of several that have delivered to my apartment that did not bring it to my door. I told them that everyone else put it at my front door and they refused.
