Damaged, crooked—as if put together poorly—and the color is different from what I bought!

The choice of carrier, could have, should have been better; endless delays and then they were the only carrier out of several that have delivered to my apartment that did not bring it to my door. I told them that everyone else put it at my front door and they refused.

Homesquare was great to work with. When my computer desk ARRIVED with a scratch, they did the right thing in giving $200 dollars off the cost of the desk rather than returning it.

I I would give this seller a negative rating if possible. My experience has been a complete disaster. Delivery failed three times, and when the shipment finally arrived, it contained only half of the desk I ordered. This was a $1,998 purchase, yet when I contacted the seller, they offered a mere $198 credit for my significant inconvenience. It has now been two months, and despite my numerous attempts to reach out, I have yet to receive the remaining parts of the desk, nor have I been given any update on whether they will be sent. Furthermore, I am incredibly frustrated to learn that because this is a third-party seller, Walmart will not facilitate a return or resolve the issue, leaving me to deal with a company that refuses to provide a solution. I am effectively out over $2,000 after taxes for an incomplete, unusable item. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this seller.
